Did sound design and musical composition for the theatre play »ABSENCE« playing from March 28th to 31st and from April 4h to 7th 2023 at Kosmos Theater, Vienna.

The piece explores the psychological and physical consequences of brain injury and the social meaning of health. Two performers take the audience with them into states and situations before, during and after brain surgery and ask what makes us who we are, when we split off from ourselves and what role the ability to remember plays in our own identity.

The altered perception of the inner and outer world, the loss of control over one's own body and the alternating movement between letting go and holding on are the focus of the performance.
